Full-Time Home Health RN – Baylor Weekend Position

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a full‑time weekend position in the Baylor area. The RN will provide in‑home care to adult and geriatric clients across Davidson, Randolph, Chatham and Lee counties in North Carolina.

Key responsibilities

• Perform home visits following a designated care plan, including medication administration, wound care, and other treatments.
• Monitor client conditions, report changes to clinical managers, and document observations using a tablet‑based EMR system.
• Execute doctors' orders, conduct client assessments, and coordinate case management activities.

Required profile

• Current North Carolina RN license.
• At least one year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel to assigned cases.

Required skills

• Solid computer skills.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
