Home Concierge Supervisor

About the role

The Home Concierge Supervisor leads a team of about 15 specialists in a high‑volume outbound contact center, guiding prospective buyers and sellers through Clever’s real‑estate platform. This frontline sales leadership role focuses on coaching, performance management, and day‑to‑day team operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coach individual performance through weekly sessions, call reviews, and targeted development plans.
• Own team results across sales conversion, call quality, productivity, attendance, and schedule adherence.
• Set clear expectations, provide timely feedback, and manage performance improvement plans.
• Handle daily team operations including attendance, schedule changes, shift swaps, and customer escalations.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of new specialists.

Required profile

• At least two years of experience leading a frontline contact‑center, inside‑sales, or customer‑service team.
• Proven track record of improving team performance through coaching and data‑driven feedback.
• Comfort using sales and service metrics to diagnose issues and drive actions.
• Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to lead a remote team.

Required skills

• Experience with cloud contact‑center platforms (e.g., Five9).
• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot).

• Base salary $60,000 with OTE $75,000‑$90,000.
