Sales Supervision Contact Center Coordinator

About the role

Osaic is hiring a Sales Supervision Contact Center Coordinator, a role within its Sales Supervision team. The coordinator manages and responds to incoming calls from the Contact Center on behalf of the team, supports the workflow of non-digital annuity and alternative investment cases in the Support Center, and works with Sales Supervision Principals to ensure efficient workflow and timely paperwork processing. The position is full-time, paid $45,000-$50,000 per year plus an annual performance-based bonus, with a hybrid schedule of at least 4 days per week in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from the Contact Center and address inquiries directly or with colleagues in the department
• Familiarize yourself with the Annuity Submission Platform workflow and common troubleshooting
• Rout cases for annuities and alternative investments
• Resolve missing documentation and reconcile misrouted documents to the right case or department
• Assign subscribe orders to the Sales Supervision Principals
• Work with Financial Professionals to fix submission deficiencies and maintain positive relationships with them, First Line Supervisors, Regional Vice Presidents and Sales Managers
• Help manage and pull department reports from various applications and tools
• Meet department service level agreements and handle other duties as assigned

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree preferred; a high school diploma (or equivalent) with significant experience is considered instead
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Commitment to meeting service level agreements
• Preferred: FINRA Series 6 or 7, annuity product knowledge, customer service experience
