Compensation Service Team Lead

About the role

Osaic is hiring a Team Lead for its Compensation Service team in Oakdale, Minnesota. The role supports advisors and team members in commissions, customer service and processing, acting as a real-time subject matter expert and training resource for the Compensation Phone Service staff. It provides coaching, escalation support and backup phone coverage. The team works Monday through Friday, and the position is eligible for overtime.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a real-time information and training resource for the Compensation Phone Service team.
• Mentor and coach new and experienced team members, initiating and leading training sessions as needed.
• Act as the first point of escalation for advisor inquiries and service issues.
• Complete quality assurance reviews to ensure accuracy, compliance and service standards.
• Support advisors and internal teams with commissions processing, customer service and problem resolution.
• Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners for consistent service delivery.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service focus and ability to handle escalations professionally.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn, retain and apply complex information quickly, and to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and collaborative.
• Preferred: previous broker/dealer experience and 3-5 years of customer service experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, Outlook and Teams.

What we offer

• Full-time, non-exempt position with a salary of $55,000-$65,000 per year plus an annual performance-based bonus.
