Home Caregiver, PCA & CNA Positions – Flexible Hours

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Direct Support Professionals, Caregivers, Personal Care Aides, Home Health Aides and Certified Nurse Assistants to provide compassionate, reliable support to clients in Columbia, MO and surrounding areas. Flexible part‑time to full‑time hours are available, with weekly pay.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and oral feeding.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and other home management tasks.
• Support mobility with transfers, ambulation assistance, and use of mechanical lifting devices.
• Conduct vital sign checks and medication assistance as needed.

Required profile

• Passion for caring and helping clients live their best lives at home.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including part‑time, full‑time and PRN/Fill‑In shifts.

Required skills

• Experience or certification as a DSP, PCA, HHA, or CNA.
• Basic knowledge of ADL support, home management tasks, and vital sign monitoring.
