Home Care RN Executive Director

About the role

AdvisaCare is seeking a compassionate and experienced Home Care RN Executive Director to lead its home care team in Saginaw. The role oversees daily operations, ensures regulatory compliance and fosters a positive environment for staff and clients, while driving the growth and success of the agency.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of agency operations, including business development and program management
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve agency goals
• Ensure compliance with company policies and state and federal home care regulations
• Lead recruitment, training, scheduling and evaluation of staff
• Monitor patient care delivery to maintain high quality standards
• Address client needs and handle complaints in a timely, professional way

Required profile

• Current Michigan Registered Nurse (RN)
• At least two years of home health care leadership experience
• Proven leadership and management experience in home health care or a related field
• Hands-on experience in patient care is essential

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of state and federal home care regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• Independent, proactive and team-oriented approach
