Home Care Registered Nurse (RN)

About the role

BAYADA is seeking a Registered Nurse for private‑duty home care in Middlesex County, New Jersey. You will provide one‑on‑one skilled nursing to clients ranging from infants to seniors in their own homes.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to assigned client homes, follow doctors' orders, and perform comprehensive assessments.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations accurately in the client’s record.
• Deliver hands‑on care, monitor conditions, and adjust care plans with autonomy.

Required profile

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program (transcript or diploma required).
• Current RN license in good standing in the state of New Jersey.

Required skills

• Ability to execute and document physicians' orders.
• Competence in patient assessments and condition monitoring.
