About the role
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an Operations Director for its Bradenton, FL Assistive Care office. You will lead a professional team to deliver high‑quality home health care while driving growth and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the office including budgeting, planning, recruiting and fiscal management.
- Monitor service quality and compliance, ensuring client satisfaction and staff training.
- Stay informed of industry and community trends to identify referral opportunities and grow the office.
Required profile
- Four‑year college degree.
- Minimum two years of supervisory or management experience in healthcare, preferably home health care.
- Proven record of achieving goals, employee relations, and office growth.
