Home Care LPN – 1:1 Private Duty in South Metro

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses for private‑duty home care in the South Metro area of Minnesota. You will provide one‑to‑one care to clients in their homes, working full‑shift assignments.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver full‑shift (8, 10 or 12‑hour) private‑duty care to a single client.
• Provide skilled nursing for diagnoses such as TBI, SCI, COPD, stroke, dementia/Alzheimer's, premature birth, cancer, and post‑surgical recovery.
• Travel short distances to local clients, ensuring timely and reliable service.

Required profile

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (transcript or diploma required).
• Current, unrestricted LPN license in good standing in Minnesota.
