Home Care Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Flexible Schedule

About the role

Join BAYADA’s Skilled Nursing team to provide one‑on‑one home care for pediatric and adult clients across Wilmington, Jacksonville and Richlands. This position offers flexible day or overnight shifts, full‑time or part‑time options, and the chance to make a meaningful impact in clients’ lives.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to a client’s home on a schedule you choose and provide individualized care.
• Execute and properly document doctors’ orders, perform assessments, and monitor client conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations with accuracy.
• Perform nursing skills autonomously in the home setting.

Required profile

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (transcript or diploma required).
• Current Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing in North Carolina.
• At least one year of experience working as an LPN.

Required skills

• Patient assessment and monitoring.
• Accurate documentation of care activities.
• Execution of physicians’ orders.
