About the role
BAYADA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide private‑duty home care in Middlesex County, New Jersey. You will work one‑on‑one with clients of all ages, delivering skilled nursing services in the comfort of their homes.
Key responsibilities
- Travel to a client’s home on a schedule you choose and provide hands‑on care.
- Execute and document physicians’ orders, perform assessments, and monitor client conditions.
- Maintain accurate records of observations, interventions, and evaluations.
Required profile
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (transcript or diploma required).
- Current LPN license in good standing in the state of New Jersey.
