About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Director for its Greensboro, NC Assistive Care State Programs office. This senior leadership position offers the chance to shape strategic planning, budgeting, and program development while ensuring the highest quality of care for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee office operations, client service, and employee matters.
• Lead strategic planning, budgeting, and program development.
• Ensure staff education, training, and performance evaluation.
• Represent the organization to community groups, agencies, and partners.

Required profile

• Four‑year college degree.
• Minimum two years of supervisory or management experience, preferably in health care or social services.
• Proven ability to organize, manage, and grow an office and its staff.
• Background in marketing and recruiting.
• Strong communication and networking skills.
• Ambition to grow beyond current responsibilities.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
