About the role

We are looking for a compassionate, highly experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy in a home setting. The role focuses on children and individuals with autism and related developmental disabilities, supporting them to achieve personal goals.

Key responsibilities

Deliver 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and implement behavior intervention plans.
Collect and document behavior data, review progress with the Behavioral Services Manager, and adjust programs as needed.
Provide transportation for activities as directed by the treatment plan.
Assist in creating instructional materials and attend training sessions.

Required profile

Certified Behavior Technician (BACB) or registered for the RBT exam.
Minimum one year of experience working with children with autism or related disorders.
U.S. citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work authorization.
Ability to manage aggressive or self‑injurious behaviors.

Required skills

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.
Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification.
OSHA, HIPAA, HIV, CPR, and First Aid knowledge (or willingness to obtain).
