High-Volume Workforce Recruiter

About the role

Hadrian is seeking a High-Volume Workforce Recruiter to lead hiring for hourly, non‑exempt positions across its manufacturing and operations sites. You will be the primary point of contact for all stages of the recruitment process, ensuring rapid, high‑quality hires that support the company’s rapid expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruiting for high‑volume, hourly and non‑exempt roles in manufacturing and operations.
• Partner with Operations and site leaders to define workforce needs, hiring targets and timelines.
• Build and manage high‑throughput candidate pipelines using inbound, outbound and local sourcing strategies.
• Drive efficient, repeatable hiring processes that balance speed, quality and compliance.
• Deliver a positive, respectful candidate experience for a large applicant pool.
• Track and report hiring metrics such as time‑to‑fill, funnel conversion and hiring capacity.
• Coordinate interviews, hiring events and onboarding handoffs at scale.
• Continuously improve recruiting workflows, tools and processes.

Required profile

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably high‑volume, hourly or operational hiring.
• Comfortable managing large candidate pipelines and competing priorities.
• Strong communicator who builds trust with candidates and operations leaders.
• Organized, process‑driven and data‑aware.
• Thrives in fast‑paced, execution‑heavy environments.
• Deep care for candidate experience, even at scale.
