High Ticket Closer

About the role

HighKey is a premium agency serving cash‑pay medical aesthetics and wellness clinics. The High Ticket Closer will close inbound, paid leads for both agency retainer services and patient acquisition packages.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct at least six booked demos per business day (2 for agency retainer, 4 for patient acquisition).
• Diagnose clinic owners' challenges on calls and position HighKey’s solutions.
• Maintain accurate reporting in GHL and the analytics sheet within 15 minutes of each call.
• Update pipelines, follow up leads, and send contracts within required timeframes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years sales experience and 2 + years sales training.
• Proven high‑ticket closing experience; background in medical, aesthetics, wellness or health services is a strong plus.
• Ability to work remotely with a professional setup, reliable internet and a quiet environment.

Required skills

• Experience with inbound lead qualification and high‑ticket sales processes.
• Proficiency in using Google Meet, GHL (GoHighLevel) and basic analytics reporting tools.

What we offer

• Ramp month at $25 /hr as an SDR before moving to closer calls.
• Base salary of $4,000 /month for months 2‑3 plus commission; commission‑only thereafter.
• Retention‑based commissions on agency retainer clients (up to 10 % of monthly payments) and flat $1,000 per patient acquisition close.
