About the role

The Manteca Unified School District is seeking a qualified Mathematics Teacher for Sierra High School. This full‑time position involves delivering high‑school level math instruction and supporting student achievement.

Key responsibilities

• Teach mathematics courses to high‑school students according to district curriculum.

Required profile

• Valid Single Subject Mathematics Credential (or proof of eligibility).
• EL Authorization or proof of eligibility.
• Two current letters of recommendation (within the last 12 months) from a principal, assistant principal, department chair, program director, supervisor, or university practicum supervisor.
• Letter of interest and resume submitted through the online EDJOIN application.
• Pre‑employment TB clearance and fingerprinting (employee cost if hired).
