High Net Worth Account Manager

About the role

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is hiring a High Net Worth Account Manager for a hybrid position based in its region office, which may require in-person client-facing meetings. As part of the High Net Worth team, you will advise clients, develop new business and support complex insurance needs.

Key responsibilities

• Inform, educate and recommend to clients, carrier representatives and underwriters
• Develop new business from existing accounts and assigned leads in line with standard practices and policies
• Determine the acceptability and placement of coverage and collect premium payments when applicable
• Resolve billing issues and service requests while keeping them timely and complete
• Monitor change requests, review policy documents for accuracy and follow up on delivery of change documents to clients
• Oversee the preparation and implementation of transactions, paperwork and internal processing for assigned accounts
• Support clients with standard and complex inquiries about coverages, products and services
• Document and answer client calls, emails and mail, and respond formally to client correspondence verbally or in writing
• Communicate with clients to obtain additional information needed to complete transactions

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Active 2-20 insurance license
• 2-3 years of experience with high-net-worth clientele and key relationships with luxury carriers such as AIG, Chubb, PURE, Vault, Cincinnati and Berkley One
• Bachelor's degree or higher, and bi-lingual English/Spanish, are a plus but not required

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook and Word
• Epic or Sagitta system experience is a plus
