High Acuity Registered Nurse – Float Pool – Home Care

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide specialized home care for patients with complex medical needs in a float pool model. The role offers predictable hours, guaranteed weekly pay, and the flexibility to cover high‑acuity cases across Camden and Burlington Counties.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver advanced nursing care including ventilator, tracheostomy, enteral feeding, and central line management.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and care plans.
• Float within the designated territory to cover high‑acuity patient cases, planned leave, or care transitions.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and maintain accurate, real‑time clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with families, primary care teams, and pediatric clinical supervisors to ensure continuity of care.

Required profile

• Active, unencumbered RN license in New Jersey.
• Minimum 1 year of critical care or home care experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Graduated from an accredited nursing program.

Required skills

• Ventilator management.

• Enteral feeding (G‑tube/NG‑tube) administration.
