Help Desk Analyst (Entry-Level IT Support)

About the role

Under the direction of the Enterprise Systems Manager, the Help Desk Analyst provides entry‑level IT support to LWCC employees, handling hardware, software and basic network issues while contributing to system management projects.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to incident tickets, resolve problems and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot PCs, peripherals, network printers and telecommunication devices.
• Perform hardware and software installations, equipment moves and related project coordination.
• Maintain user accounts and security settings in line with IT and Cyber policies.
• Document, track and monitor issues to ensure timely resolution and conduct root‑cause analysis.
• Assist in gathering and reporting statistical data for networked systems.

Required profile

• Entry‑level network or systems professional.
• Ability to resolve at least 80 % of tickets independently.
• Strong attention to detail and customer‑service orientation.
