About the role

The Healthcare Strategy & Transformation Manager supports the University of Miami Health System (UHealth) by providing strategic, transformational, and business development expertise to senior leaders. This position drives complex initiatives across clinical, operational, and administrative domains, guiding projects from concept through delivery and value realization.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to UHealth leadership on high‑priority projects and orchestrate cross‑functional initiatives.
• Lead the design, scoping, and execution of strategic initiatives, defining objectives, metrics, and work plans.
• Rapidly develop analytical frameworks, conduct quantitative analysis, and generate insights to influence the transformation agenda.
• Maintain deep market intelligence, competitive analysis, and horizon scanning to inform strategic priorities.
• Translate external trends and best practices into actionable, organization‑specific solutions.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of initiatives, including financial modeling, presentation development, and post‑implementation value tracking.

Required profile

• Proven experience in healthcare strategy, transformation, or related consulting roles.
• Strong ability to partner with clinical, operational, and administrative leaders.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Demonstrated capacity to lead projects with limited oversight and drive results.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and adapt to evolving priorities.
