Healthcare Operations Manager

About the role

Raventra Health is a medical services company providing outsourced billing, coding, and claims processing solutions for provider groups and hospitals. As a Healthcare Operations Manager, you will oversee day‑to‑day revenue cycle operations and help ensure services are delivered accurately, efficiently, and consistently across client accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations across billing, coding, claims, payment posting and accounts receivable functions.
• Coordinate workloads and priorities across operational teams to support client requirements.
• Monitor productivity, quality, turnaround times and other operational performance metrics.
• Review operational reports, identify trends, bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage escalated operational issues and coordinate timely resolution with appropriate teams.
• Work with Client Success Managers to address client concerns and maintain service standards.
• Develop and improve processes, procedures and internal operating standards.
• Support training, coaching and performance development for operational team members.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare operations, revenue cycle management or related services.
• Proven experience managing or coordinating healthcare operations teams.
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle workflows including billing, coding, claims, payment posting and AR.
• Experience monitoring operational KPIs and using data to drive performance improvements.
• Excellent leadership, organization and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and make effective operational decisions.
• Strong communication skills for internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Experience handling escalations and resolving operational issues.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Required skills

• HIPAA‑compliant privacy, security and compliance procedures.
• Familiarity with Epic, Athena and eClinicalWorks healthcare systems.
• Lean and Six Sigma process‑improvement methodologies.
