Healthcare Contracts Analyst – Managed Care

About the role

Roche is seeking a Healthcare Contracts Analyst to own the end‑to‑end management of Genentech’s Managed Care contracts. You will ensure contracts are accurately captured, analyzed, and maintained within the contract lifecycle management (CLM) system while supporting business objectives and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Search, gather, draft, analyze, review, and maintain Managed Care contracts and related metadata in the CLM system.
• Collaborate with Contract Managers and internal partners to align contract requirements with Roche’s strategies and compliance standards.
• Draft amendments, notices, and initial versions of amended or restated contracts.
• Synthesize complex contract language into clear, actionable communications for stakeholders.
• Continuously improve processes, work independently after direction, and respond to ad‑hoc requests.
• Develop and apply knowledge of the U.S. healthcare system, managed‑care segments, and Genentech’s product and contract portfolio.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least three years of relevant experience, including contract drafting.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and apply policies and guidelines affecting contracts.
• Proven track record of meeting objectives and delivering high‑quality work.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• High proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Experience or aptitude with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems.
