About the role

We are looking for experienced healthcare professionals to join our AI Labor Marketplace as AI Trainers. In this remote, part‑time consulting role you will evaluate and improve AI‑generated content related to medicine, public health, nutrition, and healthcare operations, ensuring the output is accurate, evidence‑based, and trustworthy.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated responses for factual accuracy, completeness, and quality across medical and health topics.
• Identify inaccuracies, unsupported claims, omissions, or reasoning flaws and provide clear annotations.
• Compare alternative AI outputs and select the most reliable, evidence‑based answer.
• Write concise, well‑supported feedback and justifications based on professional expertise.
• Assess scenarios involving healthcare operations, program planning, compliance, and population health.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a healthcare, medical, or related field.
• Demonstrated subject‑matter expertise in medicine, public health, nutrition, anatomy, or clinical research.
• Strong critical‑thinking and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage own schedule, and use personal tools.
