About the role

As a Health Data Science Consultant – Senior Associate, you will work within PwC's Workforce Consulting practice to help clients turn workforce data into strategic insights. You will apply advanced analytics to improve employee engagement, optimize staffing strategies, and support organizational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client workforce data to uncover trends and build predictive models.
• Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for talent and workforce decisions.
• Develop and implement strategies that enhance employee engagement and organizational performance.
• Use analytics tools such as Alteryx and Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Collaborate with client HR teams to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Apply machine‑learning techniques to improve decision‑making processes.
• Lead and mentor junior team members on emerging analytics methodologies.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in data analytics, workforce consulting, or related fields.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to communicate insights clearly.
