Health Claims Specialist

About the role

Revecore is seeking a Health Claims Specialist to bill and investigate health insurance claims for hospitals and medical providers, ensuring maximum reimbursement from commercial health, Medicare, and Medicaid plans.

Key responsibilities

• Research and resolve health insurance claims, including commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid.
• File correct UB04 and 1500 HCFA forms with subrogation information.
• Follow up on unresolved claims to facilitate payment and provide necessary information.
• Generate denial reports, conduct audits, and support the team with ongoing claim analysis.

Required profile

• Experience researching and resolving claims for commercial health, Medicare, and Medicaid.
• Familiarity with billing health insurance related to auto accidents.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet productivity metrics.

Required skills

• Proficiency with EPIC billing system.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
