Health Aide Lead – Georgia Regional Health Services

About the role

The Georgia Regional Health Services (GRHS) is seeking a Health Aide Lead to provide basic patient care and support daily living skills for clients across multiple shifts. This full‑time position works both day and night schedules, ensuring safety, documentation, and preparation for treatments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care, including assistance with bathing and activities of daily living.
• Take and record vital signs in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
• Observe, document, and report patient behavior, data, and activity.
• Prepare clients for examinations and treatments.
• Maintain safety and security of clients and the care environment.

Required profile

• Valid Georgia driver’s license with a clear motor vehicle report.
• At least one year of experience as a Health Aide 2 or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including 7:00 am‑7:30 pm and 7:00 pm‑7:30 am.
• Background check required by state law.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) documentation.
