About the role
Under direct supervision, the Health Aide learns to provide basic patient care and works with patients and clients to develop daily living skills. The role may include taking vital signs and covering rotating shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Provide basic patient care under supervision.
- Assist patients/clients in developing daily living skills.
- Take vital signs as needed.
- Work scheduled shifts, including 7:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.–7:30 a.m.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED.
- Pass required evaluations such as drug screening, TB test, annual influenza vaccination, and background check.
