About the role
The Temporary Head Women’s Squash Coach will lead recruitment, retention, supervision, and coaching of varsity student‑athletes, ensuring compliance with NCAA and CSA regulations and supporting Georgetown’s athletic philosophy.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit, evaluate, and retain prospective women’s squash student‑athletes.
- Plan and conduct practices, game preparation, individual skill sessions, video analysis, scouting, scheduling, weight training, and fitness programs.
- Monitor academic performance and conduct in partnership with the Academic Coordinator and Senior Associate Athletics Director.
- Represent the university in donor, alumni, and community relations.
- Develop and manage the program’s annual budget in collaboration with the Associate Athletics Director for Business and Finance.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum three years of relevant experience, preferably at the varsity college/university level, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
