About the role

Casper Studios is an AI services firm experiencing hyper‑growth and needs a senior talent leader to build and scale its people function. The Head of Talent will act as a recruiter, culture champion, and strategic partner to the leadership team, ensuring the company can attract and retain top strategists, product managers, and engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruiting for strategy, product/project management, engineering, and other critical roles.
• Design and operate a talent engine that supports growth from 35 to 100+ employees.
• Craft a compelling candidate narrative that highlights why candidates should join Casper now.
• Partner with leadership to define role scorecards, interview processes, and hiring priorities.
• Build repeatable systems for sourcing, interviewing, references, offers, onboarding, and candidate experience.
• Develop performance management practices, feedback loops, and professional development programs.
• Protect Casper’s unique culture while guiding the organization toward greater maturity.
• Eventually hire and lead a recruiting/people team.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading talent, recruiting, or people‑building initiatives in high‑growth environments.
• Strong ability to assess and hire for strategic, operational, and technical roles.
• Excellent judgment on talent fit, motivation, and career trajectory.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and building processes from scratch.
• High agency, ownership, and ability to move quickly without extensive direction.
• Low ego and high intellectual honesty.
