Head of Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking a strategic and hands‑on Head of Talent Acquisition to lead recruiting across the organization. You will partner closely with hiring managers and executive leadership to understand business needs, develop hiring strategies, and drive the full recruitment lifecycle for a wide range of functions.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary recruiting partner to hiring managers and leadership, understanding hiring needs and team structures.
• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle: intake, sourcing, evaluation, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.
• Develop tailored recruitment strategies for positions from entry‑level to executive level.
• Draft compelling, market‑competitive job descriptions.
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, referrals, and industry associations.
• Manage job postings across internal and external platforms, ensuring consistent employer branding.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and high‑volume roles.
• Partner with external recruiting agencies, set search priorities, and evaluate candidate quality.
• Advise hiring managers on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices.
• Track recruiting metrics, time‑to‑fill, and pipeline health, identifying improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• 8+ years of progressive talent acquisition or recruiting experience, including leadership of full‑cycle recruiting across multiple functions.
• Experience in apparel, fashion, consumer products, licensing, retail or related industries is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to recruit across creative, merchandising, design, sourcing, production, operations, supply chain, finance, HR, sales, and corporate functions.
• Strong expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to engage passive talent.
