Head of Sales – Remote, Independent Contractor

About the role

THE/STUDIO is looking for a hands‑on Head of Sales to own and scale its inside‑sales, outbound, and revenue‑operations engine. This remote, independent‑contractor position works directly with the CEO and Sales Manager to turn strategic vision into daily revenue‑generating actions across two core business units.

Key responsibilities

• Drive day‑to‑day revenue operations, including sales forecasting, territory planning, and unit economics.
• Lead a lean sales team, ensuring pipeline health, clear division of labor, and consistent target achievement.
• Analyze data to surface pipeline insights, bottlenecks, and workforce planning recommendations for the CEO.
• Design and iterate multi‑channel outbound sequences, cold‑call scripts, and email cadences.
• Contribute to strategic planning, sales incentive design, and high‑velocity go‑to‑market strategies.
