Head of Retail Experience

About the role

The Head of Retail Experience will own the strategy, operations, and customer experience of a flagship luxury wellness and beauty store in Venice, Los Angeles. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape an elevated in‑store environment that drives loyalty and revenue while leading a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily retail operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
• Design and deliver an exceptional customer experience that encourages repeat business and brand advocacy.
• Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop an inclusive, high‑performing retail team.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze key metrics, and implement strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Build relationships with the local community and support brand awareness initiatives.
• Maintain a polished, welcoming store environment that reflects premium brand standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading teams in luxury retail, beauty, skincare, wellness, hospitality, or lifestyle‑focused environments.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a passion for creating memorable client experiences.
• Demonstrated success managing retail operations and achieving business goals.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused setting while developing diverse teams.
