Head of Product

About the role

Range is seeking a Head of Product to own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for its AI‑powered wealth management platform. You will shape the member experience, integrate AI with human expertise, and lead product development from concept to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the end‑to‑end product strategy and roadmap across member experience, AI‑driven wealth management, and advisor‑facing tools.
• Partner with engineering, design, and leadership to translate company strategy into a clear, prioritized product plan.
• Collaborate with financial planners and advisors to ensure product decisions reflect real advisory workflows, member needs, and regulatory realities.
• Drive the roadmap for AI‑powered features such as predictive planning, proactive recommendations, and tax optimization.
• Define and track key metrics, presenting product strategy and progress to executives, the board, and investors.

Required profile

• 10+ years in product management, including senior leadership (Head/VP/Senior Director) experience.
• Proven track record building consumer or prosumer products in fintech, wealthtech, or other regulated industries.
• Experience shipping AI/ML‑powered features as core product components.
• Strong instincts for balancing automation with human‑in‑the‑loop design in high‑trust, high‑stakes decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to hire, grow, and lead a product team from the ground up in a fast‑moving startup environment.
