Head of Product Engineering

About the role

Reducto is building an agentic document platform for AI teams and enterprise customers. As Head of Product Engineering you will lead the engineering team that creates fast, reliable, and precise products built on top of advanced AI models.

Key responsibilities

• Shape product direction together with founders, product team, and customers.
• Design and ship intuitive UIs for complex document workflows.
• Recruit and mentor product engineers to build a world‑class platform.
• Define AI usage in the product development process and collaborate with Platform and ML teams.

Required profile

• 3+ years leading teams that delivered high‑impact applications.
• Strong product intuition, quality focus, and ability to work in ambiguous environments.
• Experience working directly with customers and conducting discovery research.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with full development lifecycle, from ideation to production‑grade code.
• Quantitative approach to building products, including debugging, experimentation, and rapid iteration.
