Head of Product and Strategy (Remote, US)

About the role

We are looking for a senior leader to shape the company’s product and strategic direction. Reporting directly to the executive team, you will drive high‑impact initiatives that span product development, operations, business development and talent acquisition, all in a fast‑moving, remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership to define and prioritize company‑wide strategic goals.
• Develop and execute a product strategy that aligns with overall business objectives.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Operations, Business Development and Talent Acquisition.
• Identify new market opportunities, product innovations and growth initiatives.
• Build scalable processes, operating models and organizational capabilities.
• Drive strategic planning from concept through delivery and measure outcomes.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape the roadmap.
• Analyze business performance, customer needs and competitive trends to inform decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in product strategy, corporate strategy, business strategy, product management, strategy & operations, chief of staff or management consulting.
• Proven track record in high‑growth technology, SaaS, AI or startup environments.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a data‑driven mindset.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and thrive in ambiguous, fast‑paced settings.
