Head of Product – AI Healthcare Platform

About the role

We are seeking a Head of Product to lead product strategy, execution and cross‑functional development for Clinically AI’s AI‑native healthcare operations platform. This senior, hybrid role based in San Diego will shape the future of AI‑driven clinical documentation, compliance workflows and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy and roadmap for complex, workflow‑driven AI healthcare solutions.
• Partner with engineering, design, implementation and go‑to‑market teams to deliver scalable, clinically aligned products.
• Translate customer feedback and implementation learnings into product systems and prioritization decisions.
• Ensure products are operationally embedded, adopted and deliver measurable outcomes for clinicians and administrators.

Required profile

• 7+ years of product management or product leadership experience in SaaS, healthcare technology, AI or workflow software.
• Proven ability to lead product strategy and execution for complex, operational software products.
• Strong understanding of AI product design, prompt systems and AI‑assisted workflows.
• Excellent communication and executive alignment skills, with a customer‑obsessed mindset.

Required skills

• Experience partnering closely with engineering and design teams in fast‑moving environments.
• Active daily user of AI tools in personal workflow.

What we offer

• Base salary $190,000–$250,000 plus equity.
