Head of M&A – AI Trainer (Remote, US)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to lead the training of AI Assistant models that support finance teams. In this remote contractor role you will evaluate AI chatbot outputs, test their reasoning on complex financial scenarios, and provide structured feedback to improve model performance.

Key responsibilities

• Review and refine AI Assistant answers on macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Design and present diverse, real‑world financial problems to challenge model reasoning.
• Assess AI outputs for correctness, logical consistency, and overall quality.
• Document clear, actionable feedback for each model iteration.
• Collaborate with the AI development team to prioritize improvements.

Required profile

• Fluent English (native or bilingual level) and detail‑oriented.
• Advanced education in finance (MBA or higher) preferred; a current or completed Master’s/PhD is a plus.
• Professional experience in M&A, corporate finance, or capital markets.
• Based in the United States and able to work independently as a contractor.
