Head of Buy-Side Passive Investments Americas – FTSE Russell

About the role

LSEG is looking for a Head of Buy-Side Passive Investments Americas for its FTSE Russell business. The leader will head a team of established sellers covering index-linked investments such as ETFs, mutual funds, SMA and direct indexing solutions. The role sits within the regional leadership team and requires 50%+ travel.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of established sellers covering index-linked investments, including ETFs, mutual funds, SMA and direct indexing solutions.
• Work with the head of index wealth and the wider LSEG organization to accelerate index education and asset-based revenue growth.
• Build a strong, engaged people culture and regularly meet clients with the product.
• Partner with product and marketing to align the brand and products with strategic priorities.
• Develop people and drive change within the organization.

Required profile

• Experience in media and leading flagship events for ETFs.
• Strong network among senior decision-makers at major ETF issuers.
• Strong comprehension of investment themes and asset allocation.
• Ability to present and communicate well with executive leadership.
• Willingness to travel more than 50%.

What we offer

• Anticipated base salary of $174,500 to $290,900, depending on location, and eligibility for a variable incentive plan.
