About the role

The Head Coach serves as the Store Manager, leading Rally House’s flagship location to deliver memorable fan experiences. You will shape store culture, drive sales, and ensure operational excellence while fostering a high‑performance team.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, develop, and retain top talent; build a culture of engagement, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Set priorities and enforce all operational standards, safety policies, and compliance controls.
• Oversee store presentation, visual merchandising, fixture placement, and product flow to maximize performance.
• Champion the customer experience, evaluate the store from the guest perspective daily, and address service gaps.
• Own store financial results, including sales, payroll, and expense control; lead high‑volume events and market‑specific initiatives.
• Analyze results, set goals, and drive sustained performance improvement.
