HCM Account Manager

About the role

Asure Software, a provider of Human Capital Management (HCM) software and services, is looking for an Account Manager for its Sales team, based in Nashville, TN. The role builds business relationships with top revenue clients, turning their needs into sales engagements with Asure's HCM portfolio covering payroll and tax, HR and time and attendance.

Key responsibilities

• Profile clients and key contacts, establish client opportunity profiles and understand short- and long-term needs
• Manage existing accounts and identify opportunities to expand the scope of Asure solutions
• Deliver high-impact presentations and partner with internal Subject Matter Experts to position Asure solutions
• Use virtual sales tools to demonstrate solutions and formulate and present proposals
• Close deals with sound financial agreements and maintain the client group and sales funnel
• Track transactions and report results in Salesforce.com

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Experience selling SaaS solutions and HCM/HR software preferred
• Experience managing multiple engagements and a proven track record of exceeding goals
• Proactive, results-oriented, team-oriented approach with strong relationship-building and follow-up skills
• Legally authorized to work in the US; visa sponsorship is not available

Required skills

• Experience with Salesforce.com
• Virtual selling tools such as GoToMeeting or Webex
• Strong oral and written communication and attention to detail

• OTE of $105,000 - $110,000 plus an uncapped commission structure
