At The Color Bar, we are seeking a Six-Figure Stylist who delivers exceptional guest experiences and continuously grows their technical and business skills.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional hair services with confidence and consistency.
• Conduct thorough consultations using The Color Bar service systems.
• Build strong relationships that encourage guest retention and referrals.
• Manage appointment timing effectively and maintain schedule integrity.
• Educate guests on product usage, home care, and maintenance plans.
• Uphold salon cleanliness, safety, and brand standards.
• Participate in salon education, meetings, and coaching opportunities.
• Support a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented team culture.

Required profile

• Current cosmetology license.
• Strong technical foundation and desire to continue learning.
