Guest Services Associate – Resort Front Desk

About the role

The Guest Services Associate welcomes guests, provides information, and ensures a smooth stay from registration through checkout at Club Wyndham Limetree Beach Resort.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, issue unit keys, and share details about the resort and local attractions.
• Process cash and credit‑card transactions, balance receipts, and perform bucket checks.
• Handle check‑out procedures, verify charges and credits on guest folios.
• Reserve and confirm individual or group reservations and provide room‑rate quotes.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve concerns.

Required profile

• Professional appearance with a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to solve problems independently and multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and basic math for cash handling.

Required skills

• Basic computer and office software proficiency.
• Fundamental cash‑handling procedures and transaction processing.
