Guest Services Associate

About the role

Guest Services Associates support daily operations of the Guest Services department at Homewood Mountain & Lake Club, delivering exceptional experiences to resort guests. They act as a primary point of contact, helping guests select and purchase products and services that meet their needs.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information on lift tickets, ski school programs, rentals, season passes, and other resort offerings.
• Process sales, reservations, transactions, and guest requests efficiently and accurately.
• Resolve guest concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy, escalating when necessary.
• Assist with billing, account questions, resort access, and other service matters.
• Maintain proficiency with resort sales and database platforms, including RTP, and troubleshoot routine issues.
• Ensure the Guest Services office follows the Department Operating Plan and perform snow removal as required.

Required profile

• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and adapt to fast‑paced environments.
• Physical ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, stand for long periods, and lift items up to 50 pounds.

Required skills

• Proficiency with RTP reservation and sales system.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and other standard office technology, including email and web‑based applications.
