About the role

Join the Berry Companies team at Attitash Mountain Village as a Guest Service Agent. You will be the first point of contact for vacation owners and guests, delivering a warm, professional welcome and ensuring a memorable stay in the Mt. Washington Valley.

Key responsibilities

• Perform check‑in and check‑out procedures efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain a friendly, courteous tone of voice in all guest interactions.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly, adhering to Gold Crown Resort service standards.
• Ensure the safety and security of the property for guests and staff.
• Follow company policies, privacy standards, and emergency protocols.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
