GT Project Manager

About the role

The GT Project Manager will lead DYWIDAG’s geotechnical projects, ensuring safe, efficient, and high‑quality delivery. You will combine technical competence with strong communication to meet project timelines, budgets, and customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Geotechnical team to develop and execute project plans that meet or exceed budget targets.
• Provide courteous customer service and respond promptly to client requests.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, engineers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Lead, manage, coordinate, and direct assigned projects from inception to completion.
• Oversee financial aspects of projects, ensuring budget compliance and profitability.
• Work with the Sales Coordinator on Job Progress Report (JPR) management and monthly financial reporting.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, identifying risks and opportunities during project execution.
• Attend industry conferences and exhibitions as needed.
• Develop and implement project handoff and operational plans.
• Review manufacturing drawings and coordinate equipment needs with the equipment department.
• Identify efficiency improvements and support overall company success.
• Collaborate with Production Staff on quality control, part substitutions, manufacturing tolerances, schedules, and costs.
• Assist marketing partners with campaigns, collateral, project reports, and social media as required.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of DYWIDAG products and services.
• Resolve product‑related field issues and address customer satisfaction concerns.

Required profile

• Strong communication capabilities and customer‑service orientation.
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams.
• Experience managing project finances and delivering projects within budget.
• Understanding of geotechnical market dynamics and competitor landscape.
• Willingness to attend industry events and represent the company.
• Ability to develop clear operational and handoff plans.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, drawings, and equipment coordination.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and efficiency.
