Growth Marketing Specialist – Content, Community & Events

About the role

Coinflow is looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to own day‑to‑day execution across content, community, social media and events. You will translate strategy into tangible work that drives revenue for one of Chicago’s fastest‑growing fintech startups.

Key responsibilities

• Own event strategy and execution, including logistics, vendor coordination and on‑site management.
• Maintain and grow Coinflow’s community initiatives to generate revenue and partnership opportunities.
• Create, edit and publish blog posts, social media content and newsletters, handling the full workflow from draft to reporting.
• Manage day‑to‑day social media activity across all channels, ensuring a consistent brand voice and tracking engagement.
• Design and run growth experiments such as social media tests, landing‑page variants and community‑led loops in collaboration with the growth team.
• Conduct market and competitive research on payments industry trends and feed insights into content and campaign planning.

Required profile

• 0–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, events or a related field (internships count).
• Based in or willing to relocate to Chicago, IL and work on‑site at least four days per week.
• Strong writing ability, comfortable drafting social copy, blog articles and newsletters in an established brand voice.
• Highly organized with the capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
