Growth Lead

About the role

Roboflow Labs is looking for a Growth Lead to own and expand the network of expert contributors who generate, annotate, verify, and evaluate data for frontier AI models. You will shape the contributor funnel from awareness to retention, building a brand‑new contributor platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end contributor funnel: awareness, application, screening, onboarding, activation, retention, and reactivation.
• Build acquisition channels, run paid and organic campaigns, create referral loops, and partner with universities, professional communities, and specialist job boards.
• Recruit expert cohorts on demand for Lab deliveries, ensuring timely and high‑quality talent.
• Set and benchmark compensation, monitor market rates, and recommend incentives that balance cost and margin goals.
• Protect the network through screening, fraud prevention, identity verification, and a high‑quality contributor experience.

Required profile

• 4–8 years in growth, marketplace supply, community, or talent acquisition roles, with a track record of scaling a number and its funnel.
• Direct experience growing a distributed workforce such as contributors, freelancers, or annotators; experience in human‑data or AI training‑data companies is a strong plus.
• Curiosity about frontier model training and the importance of expert human data.

Required skills

• Data‑driven growth mindset with strong analytical abilities.
• Experience designing and executing acquisition campaigns (paid, organic, referral).
• Knowledge of compensation benchmarking and incentive design.
• Ability to implement fraud prevention and identity verification processes.

• Base salary $150,000–$300,000 plus equity, with total cash compensation scaling with Lab growth.
