Group Product Marketing Manager

About the role

Vanta is seeking a Group Product Marketing Manager to own and drive the AI narrative across its platform. This senior marketer will work closely with Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) to translate technical breakthroughs into compelling market stories and launch motions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the AI pillar narrative, roadmap, and positioning end‑to‑end.
• Lead AI messaging at major events such as VantaCon, including keynote support and customer testimonials.
• Ensure a consistent AI story across all product pillars (Compliance, Risk, Proof).
• Partner directly with EPD to influence roadmap sequencing from a market perspective and translate technical capabilities into external‑ready narratives.
• Develop AI messaging for field, analysts, press, and customers, and create enablement materials for Sales and Customer Success.
• Plan, execute, and measure AI product launches.
• Represent the AI narrative in analyst briefings, advisory conversations, and press engagements.

Required profile

• 7+ years of product marketing experience, preferably owning a full product line or pillar.
• Proven track record of building narrative and positioning from scratch.
• Experience collaborating directly with product and engineering leadership.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to convey complex ideas to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
