Groundskeeper/Porter – Oak Grove Vista

About the role

Greystar is seeking a reliable Groundskeeper/Porter to maintain the appearance and safety of the Oak Grove Vista community. You will ensure common areas, amenities, and the overall curb appeal are kept clean and functional while supporting the service team.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect the property throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet waste, keeping all common areas tidy.
• Clear trash from vacant units before the make‑ready process and maintain storage areas.
• Perform minor service requests and assist the make‑ready specialist with unit turnovers.
• Change locks according to policy and verify pool gate operation meets safety codes.
• Distribute resident notices and communicate important information.
• Report hazards or unsafe conditions to supervisors promptly.
• Provide courteous customer service, answering resident questions and handling complaints.
• Participate in safety meetings, complete OSHA training, and report incidents accurately.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects and work in confined spaces for extended periods.
• Strong attention to safety and risk‑management procedures.
• Customer‑service mindset with respectful communication skills.
