Groundskeeper/Porter (Multi‑Site)

About the role

Greystar is seeking a reliable Groundskeeper/Porter to maintain the appearance and functionality of two residential communities in Charlotte, NC. This full‑time, on‑site position supports Yardly Steele Creek and Yardly City Park, ensuring that common areas, amenities, and curb appeal meet the company’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect both communities throughout the day to remove litter, debris, pet droppings, and any other waste.
• Keep all common areas, walkways, and amenities clean and presentable at all times.
• Collect and dispose of trash from vacant apartments and other designated zones.
• Assist the service team with routine upkeep tasks and respond to immediate maintenance requests.
• Transport tools and supplies between the two sites as needed, using reliable personal transportation.

Required profile

• Ability to work Monday‑Friday on‑site at two locations within the Charlotte area.
• Reliable personal transportation to travel between sites.
• Physical stamina to perform outdoor cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
